
Terms of Service
By commissioning me, the client is agreeing to the terms of service listed below:
General

Be polite and write in a clear manner.

Provide neat/clear references, if possible. Sketch references are completely fine.

Don’t ask for free work or price reductions.

Don't use the artist's work as AI training data or for NFTs.
-
Bad behavior/disrespect will not be tolerated and will result in cancellation or declining of the commission.

If the client fails to follow the rules provided, the artist holds the right to decline or cancel the commission.
-
Work days may be flexible, but contact is best made from Wed-Sat.
Alterations
-
Major alterations can only be made without extra charge during the rough sketch stage. Past this stage, major alterations result in an additional fee. Major alterations include: An outfit change, large outfit subtraction, large outfit addition, background changes, pose changes, etc. Anything that results in a partial redraw.

Any changes that result in a complete redraw require an additional fee of the commissioned product up to the stage of where the change took place.

Minor alterations can be made up to 48 hours following completion of a commissioned product without additional fees. Minor alterations include: Slight color shifts, small marking alterations/corrections.

If a mistake such as too many or too few fingers/toes/eyes is found in the finished piece, the client holds the right to have that corrected without additional fee within the 48 hours following completion of the commissioned product.
Payment

All payment is conducted through PayPal.

Currency for commissions is listed in euros (EUR).

Payment through Cryptocurrency will not be accepted. All payment will be in EUR on the invoice.

The client must provide an email to receive a PayPal invoice through.

Any prices listed are base prices. The final cost of a product is dependent on the wishes of the client. The final cost will be decided upfront and won't change as long as the client doesn't make additional requests.

All payment is to be provided upfront following initial consultation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Any piece that is expected to be finished on a tight deadline is subject to additional rush fees starting at 50% of the original pricing.

The artist only begins work following confirmation of payment. In the event that a payment in terms has been agreed upon, work begins upon initial payment and will be completed upon final payment.

In the event that payment in terms has been agreed upon, any progress update will be done with reduced resolution images until final payment has been made.

Estimated time for commission only counts from the moment the work has been started.
Copyright/Usage policy

The artist maintains copyright over the commissioned artwork.

The artist maintains the right to use the commissioned artwork to promote their business.

The artist maintains the right to place and display the commissioned artwork within a portfolio.

Art obtained through commissions is for personal use only, and cannot be used by the client for prints or other monetized publications.

The client holds no right to use the commissioned product commercially, take credit for the commissioned product, nor remove identifying information from the product.

The client holds no right to use the commissioned product for NFT purposes or AI/ML training data.
-
The price of the work will increase if a client requests copyright or resale rights.
Process
-
Progress updates will be shown multiple times throughout the process. Intervals at which progress is shown may be flexible, but the client can request to be shown progress at their own behest.

The client can request an update once every three work days while the commission is being worked on. Sun-Tue cannot be progress update days unless otherwise agreed upon.

The time estimate for a commission is dependent on the complexity of a product, artist health, commission order, and other outside circumstances.

The client will be informed of circumstances that may hinder a commission and holds the right to inquire about them as well as ask for a refund and the piece to be canceled if they see fit.

The completed product will be provided as a PNG file, 300dpi. The resolution is dependent on the client’s wishes and product requested. The client can request alternative image files, such as PDF.
Cancelation/Refund policy

The artist holds the right to cancel and refund the commissioned product at any point in the process.

The artist holds the right to turn down a request without disclosing the reasons as to why.

The client holds the right to cancel a commission at any point in time prior to completion of the commissioned product.

The refund will depend on what stage in which a commission has been cancelled.

In the event of the client filing a chargeback against the artist, all the client’s rights to the commissioned piece are retracted. The client will be placed on a blacklist and denied all future services.
In the event that the commission is canceled:
If a commission cannot be completed, a refund will be given. The amount of the refund will be dependent on the stage of production in which the cancelation took place. Stages can be found in the "Process" tab, but may vary depending on comission type.

The commission can be cancelled by both customer and artist.

Reasons for cancelation of services by the artist can include, but are not limited to:

The client being violent/aggressive towards the artist.

The client having shown poor conduct towards other artists.
